Land In Land Out, curated by Francesca Sborgi (Gallerie degli Uffizi) and Serena Fineschi, Alessandro Scarabello and Laura Viale (founders of the cultural association MODO), exhibits the works of eight Belgian artists and eight Italian artists including Serena Fineschi.
The works on display, all the size of 16 cm by 9 cm, follow the common thread of the cell phone format through which we are used to looking at the world. The exhibition is also an invitation to investigate the relationship between the work of art and the observer, as well as the perceptive metric that defines what separates us from the imagined dimension of the artwork.

Land In Land Out, a cura di Francesca Sborgi (Gallerie degli Uffizi) e Serena Fineschi, Alessandro Scarabello e Laura Viale (fondatori dell’associazione culturale MODO), espone le opere di otto artisti belgi e otto artisti italiani tra cui Serena Fineschi.
I lavori in mostra, tutti delle dimensioni di 16 cm per 9 cm, seguono il filo conduttore del formato del cellulare attraverso cui siamo abituati a guardare il mondo. La mostra è anche un invito a indagare la relazione che intercorre tra l’opera d’arte e l’osservatore e quale sia il metro percettivo che usiamo per definire ciò che divide noi e la dimensione immaginata dell’opera.
