Aorist and Faena Art together unveil the artwork of the multimedia artist Quayola in a new video series titled “Effets de Soir.” The work’s title takes its meaning from the natural blurring of colors, highlights, and shadows during the fleeting moments of dusk and dawn. Within the Faena Project Room, viewers will be presented with distinctly high-resolution photographs of the gardens of a tenth-century French castle, Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire. The artist documented the flowers beneath artificial spotlights and, through unique technology, investigated and re-synthesized its structures, resulting in a majestic digital Impressionism.

Aorist e Faena Art presentano insieme le opere dell’artista multimediale Quayola in una nuova serie di video intitolata “Effets de Soir“. Il titolo dell’opera trae il suo significato dalla naturale sfocatura di colori, luci e ombre durante i fugaci momenti del crepuscolo e dell’alba. All’interno della Faena Project Room, agli spettatori saranno presentate fotografie ad alta risoluzione dei giardini di un castello francese del X secolo, Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire. L’artista ha documentato i fiori sotto i riflettori artificiali e, grazie a una tecnologia unica, ha indagato e risintetizzato le sue strutture, dando vita a un maestoso impressionismo digitale.
