The new fuse*’s collection Unseen Flora, as part of the series Artificial Botany, is visitable until October, 31, in the art gallery Bright Moments in London. Some botanical illustrations based on the hypothesis of four british scientists were the starting point of this project. They have been re-elaborated in a surreal way, exploring topics as “post-truth”, plausibility and verisimilitude through Artificial Intelligence. What makes Unseen Flora stand out from Artificial Botany is the fact that in this last project the focus are hypotethical perspectives rather than concrete reality, starting a reflection on the fine line between what’s real and what’s not, event though it may appear extremely plausible. The collection is also the first approach of the studio fuse* to NFTs, and the minting will continue until the end of October.

Unseen Flora, la nuova collezione dello studio fuse*, all’interno della serie Artificial Botany, è visitabile fino al 31 ottobre presso la sede di Londra della Bright Moments Art Gallery. Punto di partenza del progetto sono state le illustrazioni botaniche derivanti dalle ipotesi di quattro studiosi britannici, che vengono rielaborate in modo surreale, esplorando i concetti di “post-verità”, plausibilità e verosimiglianza attraverso l’intelligenza artificiale. Ciò che distingue Unseen Flora è il fatto che non si parte dalla realtà concreta ma da prospettive ipotetiche sul mondo naturale, aprendo una riflessione sul confine fra ciò che è reale e ciò che non lo è, anche se estremamente plausibile. La collezione è anche il primo approccio di fuse* al mondo degli NFT e il minting sarà disponibile fino alla fine di ottobre.
